Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FBRQ.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Beta / Early Access Notice
FBRQ.ai is currently in beta testing. The platform is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes. By participating in our beta program, you acknowledge that the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Use of Service
You agree to use FBRQ.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
- Impersonate another user or provide false information
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Beta Phase: During the beta phase, accounts are created on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of 100 early access users. Account data is stored temporarily and may be reset or migrated when we move to production.
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tim Signer (FBRQ.ai) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During the beta phase, we may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Payment Terms
Beta Program: Early access to FBRQ.ai is provided free of charge for the first 100 companies. No credit card or payment information is required during the beta phase.
Future Pricing: Upon completion of the beta program, we will introduce paid subscription plans. Beta participants will receive advance notice and may be eligible for special pricing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim Signer (FBRQ.ai) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
